I spent a good hour yesterday talking with another bipolar and compairng notes. It's very, very important that we help each other out - we are far too misunderstood. Check out todays' WaPo story on Garry Trudeau and Jane Pauley - she has written a memoir about her bipolar experiences that I am now going to have to read.
