The asshat in chief is here

Big whoop. So now none of the fire fighting planes can fly while he’s here….
I only have one egg in my fridge. I wish I could use it on him.
Leave soon, fucktard!
Air Force One touched down at Miramar Marine Corps Air Station at 9:28 a.m. A couple of choppers are on the tarmac, waiting to take President Bush on an aerial tour of fire damaged areas.

What I loath about these fly overs is the president’s people believe that we are stupid enough to think that his doing this shows he cares.
And I had not thought how this photo op interferes with fire fighting operations. He is an asshat.

Thanks, Naomi.
Life is crawling back to normal for most of us today. Sadly many will not have a normal life again for years. Many of my friends are still recovering emotionally from the Cedar fire four years ago, and this was very traumatic for them.
Today is the mix of relief and sorrow – relief that we are ok, and sorrow for those who are not.

Hey, if your going to comment on my blog, don’t hate, at least leave your name. It’s no fun arguing with the Bush lovers when they stay anonymous. ;^)

Donna, I know that it was a waste of time for Dubya to come, but the critics would have fried him if he hadn’t come. All the big pols coming around is such a game at best, although I kind of liked Ahnold grabbing the hand of a female commentator and making it clear he was pissed.
So glad that you and yours are OK.

I don’t really mind him being here. It gave me the chance to flip off his helicopter. Twice. ;^)
