If not, just build yourselves another home somewhere, or buy a painting, or just shut up. I'd be more impressed with the Gates Foundation if it did something for Americans. It's not that I'm unsympathetic with the plight of East African Dairy Farmers, but people are hungry in my country, too. Huh?
