Bush's "appeasement" speech is that he is trying desperately to somehow align his war in Iraq with the great effort of "the greatest generation," those who fought and won WWII. If this little man weren't doing so much to damage the world, and the USA, I think I'd actually pity him. My general impression of Prez.
