Off to Tucson again…
Getting eldest child all registered at the University of Arizona this weekend. He’ll be staying with family there when he starts school there in August. This trip is to get him registered and familiar with campus. Next trip we’ll have to move all the tigers… well, some of the tigers. He had about 50 at last count…

Well, the U of A mascot is a wildcat, so I guess that will have to do…
Shoulda sent him to a tiger school, tho.

Oh, yeah, I remember when Northwestern U. lost every football game (I somehow liked them better then), some wag changed the team name from “Wildcats” to “Mildcats.” I thought it was funny, sor of like calling the “Saints” the “Ain’ts.”
Ahem. Anyway, I hope your son has a wonderful college experience, and learns lots of stuff.

Jonathan had his advisor’s meeting today and is feeling much more confident now. I think he’s feeling more secure with a “game plan” for the next couple of years.
Next trip out here will be the big move — we’ll see how he handles that….

wow, I can’t imagine what it will be like to see my kids growing up and moving off into their own lives like that, you’re not sounding too intense about it all. I hope I’m as level headed when the time comes :) Congrats to your son for making it to this place!
