We've arrived safely --- it's 2 a.m. at home though, so I'm zonked! I knew I was in Paris when the accordian player and band got on the metro and started playing.... it was surreal. And a free ride in from the airport -- dunno if they were tired of watching us all trying to get tickets and just took pity, or wanted to take a break, but they just opened the gates and let us all on the RER for free. Weird... Anyway, we're going to chill for a bit and then find food and probably crash early.... Merci, everyone!
